Even if a move to Glangevlin is not on the cards, come share an afternoon of celebration at our school. As part of the Fleadh na Riochta festival, Curravagh is opening its doors and putting on a day of family fun. There is something for everyone with Mummers', Geopark and art workshops running throughout the afternoon. The Under 17 County Cup Winners will be present and hosting football training sessions for the children. With face painting, bouncy castles and a few surprises, it’s not to be missed. Opening at 1pm by, the ever supportive, Neven Maguire.
This is an important milestone for the school as it raises the fifth Green Flag celebrating its commitment to biodiversity and the environment. This flag acknowledges the steps Curravagh has taken to increase awareness of the importance of native plants, animals and habitats, and to increase species-richness in our locality.
